Vincent Hall
Chairman
Vincent is CEO of PGS Silencers, industrial and marine exhaust suppliers based in the North West. Vincent has ran this company since 2003. Vincent previously played for Marine FC and is a qualified goal keep coach. In addition to his role as Chairman, Vincent has coached one of our under 15 teams, Heron PSV, for 6 years and is also our kit supplier contact and goal keeper coach.Â
Vincent has been a committee member and coach since the inception of Heron Junior Football Club
Keeley Tunstall
Club Secretary & Welfare Officer
Keeley is a Special Educational Needs Teacher specialising in Behaviour Management, Forest School and Outdoor Learning in an Autistic provision with Sefton Council. In addition to her committee role, Keeley is also part of the clubs Fundraising Team, Keeley has been a committee member since the club its inceptions.
Steve Hurst
Club Treasurer
Steve is a Qualified Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, currently working as a Financial Controller for a Kirkby based Environmental and Industrial Services Business. In addition to his committee role, Steve coaches the Reception and Year 1 and the Ladies Group, and the multi age boy’s development group

Jonathan Malone
Communications Officer
Jonathan is in full time education at St Francis Xavier’s College in Year 13, currently studying Business Studies and Geography. In addition to his committee role, Jonathan coaches a Year 2 group, a Mixed Development Group and an Under 15’s team. Jonathan has coached with the club since 2018.
Charlie Paskouis
Coach Development Officer
Charlie runs his own barber shop, Upper Cutz, which he has owned and ran for 22 years. Charlie's role within the committee is to assist and develop the coaches so we can deliver better sessions to help the children develop. In addition to his committee role Charlie coach a mens open age group called Heron Nicosia.
Karl Dower
Parental Inclusion Officer
Karl is a Senior Engineer for a NSI Gold Access Control Company, working across the North of England and Scotland. Karl’s role on the committee is to attract other parents into the club to help us both with coaching and administration. In addition to this Karl coaches an under 9 team, and assists Steve Hurst with the Ladies, Reception & Year 1 Groups
